Head chef John Melican is a force of nature: passionate about local, original, inclusive, affordable, seasonal, unpretentious and superfresh food. He is a wild supporter of the West Country's incredible food producers. The restaurant has three floors: the ground, mezzanine, and 'The Cube' - a free floating room seating 12 around a single table. The walled garden seats a further 60 for tapas. Afternoon tea is available daily.

Last orders for dinner: 10.pm Friday & Saturday and 9.30pm Monday - Thursday.
